In the framework of the research «Companies and dictatorship» CELS commissioned me to illustrate the textual corpus for the online publication about the judicial response to the crimes against humanity committed with the collaboration of businessmen and the particularity of these court cases.
At the beginning of the process of memory, truth and justice we can find evidence of corporate responsibility in crimes against humanity. Several of the testimonial records collected by the National Commission on the Disappearance of Persons (Conadep) and the Trial of the Juntas were from workers who had been involved in labor conflicts and who pointed out the responsibility of company owners and managers in their kidnappings. The repression of workers was also revealed in the Truth Trials.

En el marco de la investigación “Empresas y dictadura” el CELS me comisiona ilustrar el corpus textual para la publicación online acerca de la respuesta judicial ante los delitos de lesa humanidad que se cometieron con la colaboración de empresarios y la particularidad de estas causas judiciales.
En los inicios del proceso de memoria, verdad y justicia podemos encontrar los indicios de la responsabilidad empresarial en delitos de lesa humanidad. Varios de los registros testimoniales recogidos por la Comisión Nacional sobre la Desaparición de Personas (Conadep) y el Juicio a las Juntas fueron de trabajadores que habían protagonizado conflictos laborales y que señalaron la responsabilidad de dueños y directivos de las empresas en sus secuestros. La represión a los trabajadores también fue revelada en los Juicios por la Verdad.
