Interview with the judge

The comic visualizes the political-judicial framework and its connection with the military and media power that characterizes a democracy that does not always respect the division of powers.
Based on the testimony produced by the Sociology course Analysis of Genocidal Social Practices, the comic illustrates the analysis of Judge Carlos Rosansnki, who for the first time used the figure of «genocide» to judge the crimes committed by the last dictatorship-civil-military dictatorship in Argentina.

El comic visualiza el entramado político-judicial y su conexión con al poder militar y mediático que caracteriza a una democracia que no siempre respeta la división de poderes.
Basado en el testimonio producido por la cátedra Análisis de las Prácticas Sociales Genocidas de la carrera de Sociología, el cómic ilustra el análisis del juez Carlos Rosansnki, quien por primera vez utilizó la figura de “genocidio” para juzgar los crímenes cometidos por la última dictadura-cívico militar en la Argentina.
